About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate/Cashier to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in our Columbia, SC store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale system
  • Answer customer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate store associate
  • Schedule deliveries and provide customer service assistance
