Job Summary: As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer questions and provide information about club services, promotions, and events.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
