Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address various HR-related matters for the designated division, including daily operations, people processes, and general inquiries.
Facilitate both voluntary and involuntary separations, which includes drafting legal documents, consolidating employee data from various stakeholders, conducting exit interviews, and managing position backfills.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HRIS by utilizing Workday for tasks such as job changes, supervisory organization updates, and cost center modifications.
Oversee workforce planning, including headcount management and creation.
Promote participation in the Samsung Culture Index.
Manage employee data within Workday, including performance assessments, employment history, and organizational structures.
Work efficiently with datasets of varying sizes in Excel, employing v-lookups, generating pivot tables, and utilizing formulas.
Collect and report data from multiple sources related to HR metrics.
Undertake additional projects as assigned.

Skills Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR technologies, demonstrating a clear understanding of core HR practices, processes, and terminology (HRIS, compensation, recruitment, performance management, LMS).
Data-driven mindset with strong modeling skills, capable of deriving insights from data and visualizations.
Effective time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
