Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the monthly financial closing cycle to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Guarantee the timely preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Oversee the reconciliation of bank and cash accounts, balance sheet items, and inventory records
  • Continuously assess cash flow positions, forecasting future cash inflows and outflows, and providing insightful analyses to executive management
  • Administer the fixed asset ledger to accurately reflect capital investments and depreciation schedules
  • Supervise the fulfillment of tax obligations and reporting requirements
  • Lead the annual financial audit process
  • Develop and mentor a team of accounting professionals
  • Ensure that internal controls and financial processes adhere to industry best practices, regularly reviewing and identifying opportunities for improvement and technological advancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline is required
  • CPA certification is essential
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Proven experience with ERP system implementation
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong skills in PowerPoint and Word, along with comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office Suite
