Job Summary:

Tabitha is seeking a skilled Home Health Care RN to join our team in a unique on-call position. As a Home Health Care RN, you will provide high-quality care to seniors and clients in their homes, with a focus on geriatrics and home care. This role requires a strong background in nursing, with a preference for experience in geriatrics, home care, or private duty nursing.

Responsibilities:

Provide after-hours care to Home Health Care seniors and clients, including on-call weekends and holidays
Triage phone calls to determine if services can be addressed by phone or a visit
Perform home visits as needed, utilizing the nursing process to ensure timely and adequate delivery of Home Health Care services
Maintain communication with departments at Tabitha, HHC team members, physicians, and other community resources
Ensure all clinical record documentation is completed and in compliance with state licensure, federal standards, and corporate policy

Requirements:

RN license in good standing as recorded on the Nebraska State Registry or other Nurse Compact state
CPR certification
Valid Nebraska driver's license and a good driving record
Must possess auto insurance at or above Nebraska statutory requirements
Must meet Tabitha's vaccination requirements

Benefits:
