Flexible and Rewarding Opportunity

Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding career as a physician assistant? At Signify Health, we offer a unique opportunity to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

As a board-certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA) contractor, you will conduct in-home visits that focus on a person's overall health and well-being, identifying potential barriers to care. We offer a flexible schedule, with shifts available Monday-Sunday, and the option to work on a short-term or long-term basis. You will be provided with a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and will not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people's current treatment regimen.

Our PA contractors love working with Signify Health because they have the time to ask the right questions and form meaningful connections with health plan members. They appreciate the flexibility and autonomy of the role, as well as the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
