Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Infusion Specialist to join our team. This role will involve coordinating and providing direct patient care to patients in their homes or alternate infusion suites, ensuring safe and effective treatment under a physician's plan of care.


Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements intermediate nursing plans of care, evaluating patient progress towards goals.
  • Coordinates with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care, including administering medications and educating patients and families.
  • Maintains accurate records and communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in infusion nursing.
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $54,191 - $88,310 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
