Job Summary

Mckenna Motor Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and technicians, and ensuring that all service work is completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring that all service work is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Review and analyze customer vehicle information, identifying potential issues and recommending necessary repairs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure that all service work is completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Stay up-to-date on manufacturer training and certifications, ensuring that you have the latest knowledge and skills to provide exceptional service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and technicians.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
