**Key Responsibilities**

- Cultivate and mentor a diverse team of Assistant Managers and Sales Associates.

- Provide training and guidance on operational protocols and responsibilities.

- Drive sales of tile and related merchandise to surpass customer expectations.

- Acquire and apply comprehensive knowledge of store and warehouse functions.

- Monitor and report on established sales performance metrics.

- Keep customers informed regarding product delivery timelines.

**Qualifications**

- Minimum of 2 years in retail management.
