**Responsibilities**

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and address potential safety hazards to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve maintenance issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.

**Working Conditions**

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
  • May be required to work in confined spaces or at heights.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

**Compensation**

  • Hourly rate: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience.
