Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair of medical equipment at our service center and on-site at customer locations
  • Handling of customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution
  • Creation of inspection reports in English
  • Ensuring compliance with quality specifications and regulations
  • Maintenance of data in our ERP system
  • Management of medical equipment and accessories, including incoming goods and preparation for shipping
  • Providing technical advice and support to customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Completed technical or craft training is an advantage
