Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our IT Services department. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business, using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate clear communication between IT and business stakeholders
  • Understand stakeholder needs and document detailed requirements
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Evaluate and enhance business processes and systems
  • Collaborate to design and implement technology solutions
  • Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, specifications, process flows, and user guides
  • Provide end-user training and support for new systems and processes
  • Collaborate with manager and cross-functional teams to ensure changes are effective
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • OR Associate degree AND two (2) years of experience in a related field
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager or similar experience in an IT environment, with some supervisory experience
  • Proficient in business analysis tools, data analytics tools, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; collaborative; detail-oriented; experienced in managing complex relationships
  • Ability to work well with people of all ages from academically, culturally, and socioeconomically diverse backgrounds

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $72,687 - $84,163 annually (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
