Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of aircraft fasteners, including rivets, cherry rivets, and hi-loks.
  • Execution of work in accordance with task requirements and company procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with FAA/EASA regulations and delivering high-quality work with safety as their top priority.
  • Performing work on customer aircraft or articles as requested.
  • Ensuring all repair requests are served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Interpreting technical manuals, figures, and drawings as needed.
  • Complying with Quality Assurance requirements, including accuracy of documentation.
  • Delivering excellence in job execution as an individual and team player.
  • Maintaining a neat and clean work area conducive to employees' well-being and safety.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on commercial and corporate aircraft or Part 145 Repair Station experience.
  • Line maintenance experience on multiple airframes within a Part 121 or Part 135.
  • Strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and other FAA-approved data.
  • Expertise in sheet metal repair, composite, and bonded parts.
  • Flexibility to work changing shifts, including on-call/AOG coverage.

Abilities and Skills:

  • Fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License and ability to drive on occasion.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and become certified on a forklift.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications and company technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Accurate and legible written and oral communication skills.
