Business Development Manager

FM Search is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to promote our products or services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth in a high volume B2B services company and be able to participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our products or services to prospective clients.
- Research prospective accounts in target markets.
- Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by identifying and further qualifying and developing leads.
- Use effective communication to call and email prospects for further discussion.
- Use HubSpot to maintain up to date records and activities.
- Continuously update prospect information and track interactions.
- Daily and weekly touch points with Executive team.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas.
- Maintain and update performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales growth in a high volume B2B services company.
- Strong networking, problem solving, negotiation skills needed.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be a self-starter and self-disciplined.
- Must have a quiet, sustainable home office environment.
