Job Overview

FM Search is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to promote our products or services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth in a high volume B2B services company and be able to participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our products or services to prospective clients.
  • Research prospective accounts in target markets.
  • Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by identifying and further qualifying and developing leads.
  • Use effective communication to call and email prospects for further discussion.
  • Use HubSpot to maintain up to date records and activities.
  • Continuously update prospect information and track interactions.
  • Daily and weekly touch points with Executive team.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas.
  • Maintain and update performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales growth in a high volume B2B services company.
  • Strong networking, problem solving, negotiation skills needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and self-disciplined.
  • Must have a quiet, sustainable home office environment.
