Job Overview

At Roessel Joy, we are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices for timely payments.
  • Manage customer invoicing and track payments
  • Prepare accurate financial records and journal entries
  • Utilize financial software to manage accounts efficiently
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing tax-related documents as needed
  • Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
