About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pharmacists in accurately preparing and dispensing medications, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
They will also be required to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, as well as maintain precise patient records and documentation.
In addition, they will collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care, and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pharmacists in accurately preparing and dispensing medications.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage stock to ensure medications are always available.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy technician training program is a plus.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
- Bilingual Speaker (English, Spanish)
Salary Range: $62,500 - $72,500 per year.
