Job Summary

ESFM USA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences across our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and develop strategies for retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with branches to ensure seamless execution of client-facing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve client satisfaction and drive incremental sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase revenue.
  • Drive compliance to merchandising standards and ensure consistent execution across client sites.
  • Assess performance through regular audit reports and develop strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of driving experience and a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience or related experience.
  • Route management, retail, and merchandising experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment and lift 50 lbs. consistently.
