Overview

The General Manager at Quality Inn South is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities

  • Hotel Operations
    • Oversee and manage all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
    • Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Guest Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure that all guest complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor and respond to guest feedback and reviews.
  • Revenue and Profitability
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
    • Make sound business decisions to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, including department heads and front-line employees.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management, with a strong background in operations and leadership.
  • Skills

    • Ability to make sound business decisions.
