About the Job

We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
