About the Opportunity

BRIX Wine Shop, a pioneering wine and spirits retailer in Boston and Nantucket, is seeking an experienced Wine & Spirits Sales Consultant to join its team. This is a Full- or Part-Time position that requires strong customer service and sales skills, as well as a passion for wine, food, and people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service and recommendations to drive sales growth
  • To build relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of wines and spirits available in-store

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Fundamental knowledge of wines and spirits, including varietals, regions, and production methods
  • Previous experience in the wine retail and/or hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on sales and customer service
  • A strong passion for wine, food, and people, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
