**Key Responsibilities**
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey. Your duties will include:
- Overseeing the onboarding process, training sessions, and renewal strategies for our partners.
- Facilitating sales operations, including contract management and invoicing.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and champions within partner organizations.
- Enhancing existing account management processes to boost efficiency.
- Advocating for product enhancements based on customer insights and feedback.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive support resources.
- Providing technical assistance to users through our support platform.
- Participating in relevant events and conferences as needed.
**Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong commitment to our mission of ensuring that all educators have access to the necessary support to maximize their impact on students. The following qualifications are essential:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the K-12 education sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of teaching and classroom dynamics.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
