Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott International. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information and recommendations to guests on local attractions and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception desk and surrounding areas
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
