Job Title: Bilingual Finance Assistant A/R

Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Finance Assistant A/R to join our Finance Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage accounts receivable, including collections and invoicing.
  • Assist with financial record-keeping, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department, including data entry and reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support the Finance Department.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish/Portuguese/English.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
