Your Responsibilities:
  • Support local store managers in their daily operations, providing clear direction to ensure effective management.
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster continuous improvement and prepare them for advanced roles.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline through effective performance management and succession planning.
  • Monitor key performance metrics regularly to assess success and formulate strategies for enhancing customer experiences.
  • Facilitate upward reporting to keep headquarters informed about field operations.
  • Act as a liaison between departmental initiatives, local execution, and leadership partners.
  • Engage in the recruitment process to attract top talent, overseeing interviews and onboarding.
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels at your locations and anticipate future needs.
  • Assist in the establishment of new locations within your territory.
  • Serve as a dedicated leader for your region.
Your Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data-driven project management.
  • Proven leadership and management experience with multi-location teams.
  • Experience managing large onboarding programs to train and integrate high-performing employees.
  • A degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to inspire others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to balance meticulous attention to detail with swift execution.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
