Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist visitors and guests with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Efficiently manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Coordinate and monitor tasks related to equipment usage, events, maintenance, and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison for building-related inquiries, including maintenance and service requests.
  • Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing deliveries and correspondence.
  • Contribute to maintaining a tidy and organized office environment.
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings and events, including setup and breakdown.
  • Handle product and supply orders while coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain and input data into various databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports and time entry documents within the billing system.
  • Organize schedules and arrange travel for team members.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and a willingness to assist others.
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role within a professional setting.
