This role is responsible for performing daily processing of client onboarding documentation and KYC due diligence. The successful candidate will provide support to onboarding processes, ensuring that all tasks and data required are complete and in line with AML /BSA policy.

The role will also support the end-to-end KYC process; collate and review client documentation, ensure that information provided is in good order and perform KYC due diligence screening on assigned clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing research, analysis and risk assessment of new and existing account information based on established processes and policies.
  • Executing routine tasks including calendar management, travel booking, expense reports, invoice processing and stationery orders.
  • Handling ad hoc queries from managers and team members to help navigate governance processes, approval workflows and system requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative position in a professional environment or experience in Financial Services.
  • MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Japanese language skills (native level) are required.
