As a Clinical Support Technician II, you will engage in a variety of patient care responsibilities, ranging from assisting healthcare providers to ensuring patient rooms are well-maintained and managing clerical tasks. Your role will be essential in facilitating unit operations, promoting effective communication, and overseeing supply inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with medical examinations, procedures, and supply procurement
  • Review patient care documentation and promptly report any changes to the medical team
  • Perform clerical duties, maintain medical records, and provide administrative assistance
  • Deliver direct personal care to patients, including bathing, feeding, and monitoring vital signs
  • Support patient education provided by healthcare professionals and ensure comprehension
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Licensure/Certification: Nursing Assistant II and Basic Life Support certifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in clerical/customer service and 6 months as a nursing assistant
  • Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written English, with the ability to develop computer skills
