About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Work closely with financial advisors to identify opportunities to create efficiency and improve client outcomes.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology, and provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Participate in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
