We are in search of a dynamic leader to join our team as an Operations Team Leader in the following business areas:
  • Vehicle Supply Chain
  • Licensing & Compliance
In this prominent role with numerous growth prospects, you will leverage your coaching and mentoring abilities to oversee a team of 12-17 operational staff. Schedule: In-office Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of operational staff focused on status follow-up and document management to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment through recognition and supportive relationships.
  • Assess existing processes and proactively identify new opportunities to enhance quality and departmental efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to meet or exceed departmental objectives.
  • Direct daily workflow and allocate tasks among the team.
  • Address internal and external customer concerns, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
  • Support the growth and development of assigned team members and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Assist in customer or prospect meetings and act as a direct liaison as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary business contact for any relevant system improvement initiatives.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to coach, mentor, and support team members.
  • Ability to drive team performance to achieve departmental and individual metrics.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, data collection, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on overarching goals.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels of staff and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Business Objects.
  • Willingness to work on-site to support team members.
  • Able to travel as required for business purposes.
Relevant Work Experience:
  • Prior management, supervisory, or team lead experience.
  • Experience in fleet management or a related industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Compensation: We offer competitive salaries that reflect job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $81,000 to $117,760.00 USD annually for full-time employees. The annual compensation range consists of base pay earnings.
