Position Summary

Vallee is in search of a skilled and dedicated full-time Land Surveying Team Leader with comprehensive experience across various facets of land surveying. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in surveying and demonstrate proficiency in the operation and upkeep of surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, robotic instruments, and level rods. Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous. We encourage applications from individuals who can draft, calculate, and execute fieldwork effectively.

The successful candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of collaborating well with team members, following established protocols, and adhering to instructions. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate field notes are essential. Effective communication between the Team Leader, office staff, and other survey crews is crucial.

Responsibilities include performing all standard duties associated with a field Team Leader. The ability to interpret plans and identify and resolve issues in design data is critical. This is a full-time, year-round position primarily conducted outdoors, with opportunities to assist in office-related tasks within the surveying sector. Compensation will be based on experience.

  • Willingness to work primarily in the field with occasional office duties.
  • Familiarity with Carlson Software and/or AutoCAD design software.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift over 40 lbs.
