Position Overview:

Xerox is on the lookout for a dedicated Client Education Coordinator (CEC) to join our team. This role involves supporting our salesforce and clients across various regions.

As a Client Education Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to instruct customers on the effective use and maintenance of Xerox Office Technology, encompassing hardware, software, and applications.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Initiate and schedule training sessions with clients.
  2. Conduct comprehensive training sessions to ensure customers can fully utilize all equipment functionalities.
  3. Guide end users in mastering Print Driver Functions to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Provide in-depth training on routine maintenance tasks, including proper loading of supplies and resolving common issues.
  5. Empower clients to perform essential functions such as meter readings and supply ordering.
  6. Distribute training materials that assist customers in maximizing their equipment usage.
  7. Verify that training objectives have been achieved and confirm the completion of installation processes.

Salesforce Training:

The Client Education Coordinator will also play a vital role in enhancing the Product Training of the salesforce by improving their knowledge of Xerox Office Technology. This includes organizing regular training meetings or individual seminars.


Self-Training:

This position demands a strong understanding of the complete Xerox Product Line. Responsibilities include:

  1. Completing all e-learning modules related to Xerox Office Technology.
  2. Acquiring expertise in each product, including features and specifications.
  3. Understanding the processes for service calls and supply orders.
  4. Familiarity with the company website to guide customers to essential resources.
  5. Staying updated on print driver and software solutions.
  6. Delivering quarterly product presentations for skill assessment.

Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn about digital office equipment.
  • Experience with smartphones, laptops, and tablets, with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Previous experience with software and hardware updates is preferred.
  • Familiarity with networking and internet connectivity is a plus.
  • Experience with copiers and printers is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
