We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team at TruAdvantage Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CRM software to compile a list of leads, ensuring agents have up-to-date information to navigate the listing and closing process.
  • Maintain and expand existing business opportunities within the geographical area to increase our sales region.
  • Qualify prospective clients by gathering information and determining their readiness to move forward in the sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with prospects via various communication channels to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team, highlighting progress toward company goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position.
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car.
Compensation:

Up to $60,000+ at plan earnings.
