We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team at Bohemia Realty Group. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients find and buy their dream homes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently follow up with leads to grow the sales pipeline
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Gather local community information to answer client questions about potential homes
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in the pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow rental and sales opportunities
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Have local knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods we work
  • Always be consulting by providing clients with the best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal

Requirements:

  • Self-motivation and drive
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Tech savvy
