Real Estate Sales Professional

Weichert, Realtors is seeking a select number of professional real estate sales associates to join our sales office. We are looking for individuals who are willing to obtain their real estate sales license or have recently completed their pre-license requirements. There are also opportunities for experienced real estate salespersons and broker-salespersons.
Key Responsibilities- Build a strong, scalable real estate business
- Utilize Weichert's lead generation strategies to achieve top earnings
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and contacts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Real estate salesperson license or willingness to obtain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to meet with clients at their convenience
- Proficiency in social media networking tools
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
