About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assist customers in person and over the phone, and determine their needs to present appropriate products and services.
  • Sales Performance: Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
  • Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options, suggest ways to improve sales, and maintain precise work order files and formulas.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, stock shelves and set up displays, clean store equipment, and load/unload delivery trucks.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Assist in making deliveries, as needed, and maintain knowledge of products offered and discuss available options.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position, and previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, and ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
