The Construction Compliance Specialist will play a vital role within a dynamic team responsible for managing bidding services and overseeing special funding for a diverse range of projects. This position is ideal for a driven individual seeking growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of OPWC, WPCLF, USDA, and related funding organizations.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State prevailing wage regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with DBE / EEO and Buy American standards.
  • Managing certified payroll processes.
  • Holding certification as a Certified Erosion, Sediment, and StormWater Inspector (CESSWI).
  • Developing Site-Specific Health and Safety Plans.
  • Conducting Site Visits for Prevailing Wage Interviews.
  • Performing Site Visits for SWP3 Inspections.
  • Drafting written correspondence and reports related to project activities.
  • Maintaining and organizing construction project records and reports using cloud-based software.
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Access).
  • Familiarity with eCopy PDF Pro Office or Adobe Acrobat for PDF editing.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Understanding of construction documents and contracts.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and organizational skills.
