The Construction Compliance Coordinator will play a pivotal role within a dynamic team responsible for offering bidding services and managing special funding for a diverse range of projects we undertake for our clients. This position is ideal for a driven candidate seeking growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of OPWC, WPCLF, USDA, and related funding organizations
  • Knowledge of Federal and State prevailing wage management and reporting
  • Compliance with DBE / EEO and Buy American regulations
  • Administration of certified payroll
  • Certification as an Erosion, Sediment, and StormWater Inspector (CESSWI)
  • Development of Site Specific Health and Safety Plans
  • Conducting Site Visits for Prevailing Wage Interviews
  • Performing Site Visits for SWP3 Inspections
  • Drafting written correspondence and reports related to the work
  • Maintaining construction project records and reports using cloud-based software
  • Executing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Access)
  • Familiarity with eCopy PDF Pro Office or Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing)
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment both independently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of construction documents and contracts
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities
