Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. This includes resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to issues in a way that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary.

Requirements

You must also be proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a customer service role is preferred. The salary mentioned above is based on a national average in the United States.
