About the Position:

The Child Welfare Specialist reports to the Practice Administrator at Hillcrest Children and Family Center. This role involves working closely with program managers who provide day-to-day direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the intake process for clients, ensuring accurate information is collected and documented.
  • Collaborate with care coordination specialists to provide comprehensive support services.

Work Environment:

This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in child welfare or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in child welfare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
