We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Family Intervention Specialist to join our team at Blueprints. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing plans to support children and families in need.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work or a related field, with at least two years of experience working with children and families. A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree is preferred. As part of this role, you will develop a working knowledge of other community agencies and their services to ensure that participants receive comprehensive support.

This position involves home visits, which requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify areas of need
  • Develop and implement effective intervention plans to address these needs
  • Collaborate with community agencies to provide comprehensive support services
  • Visit clients in their homes to monitor progress and provide ongoing support
Qualifications and Benefits

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
  • At least two years of experience working with children and families
  • Master's degree in social work or a related field (preferred)
  • A competitive salary of $55,000 per year
