About the RoleThis Behavioral Health Director position is with a well-established, financially stable community-based health practice. The ideal candidate will provide coordinated psychiatric services to patients, with a focus on routine and crisis adult and pediatric care.
Responsibilities- 20% administrative and 80% clinical role
- Providing evaluation, diagnosis, medication assessments, patient education, and treatment planning
- Collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Clear and active M.D. or D.O. license in Connecticut
- Residency trained from an accredited institution
- Board Certification required or board eligible in adult and child psychiatry
- Eligibility for Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
- Salary: $266,000+
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
