Your Responsibilities as a Senior Public Affairs Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Public Affairs Analyst with expertise in Navy Shipyards. This role involves supporting our U.S. Navy client's operational and stakeholder engagement needs. As a Senior Public Affairs Analyst, you will be a vital communicator between the Navy and the public. A thorough understanding of naval shipyard operations is essential, along with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly. Your duties will include developing and executing communication strategies that enhance the Navy's public image and promote shipyard activities. A SECRET clearance is required for this position.

Key Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline (an advanced degree is preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in public affairs, communications, or a related field, with direct experience in naval shipyards or defense-related public affairs being highly desirable.
