Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service behaviors and ensuring front-end standards are met consistently.
  • Drive improvement of the FAST process, focusing on Friendliness, Speed of Checkout, and customer feedback surveys.
  • Maintain operations and organization of the front-end area, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure the validity of customer returns, exchanges, layaways, check authorizations, and voids.
  • Coordinate meal and break periods, monitoring schedule adherence.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in an off-price, big-box, or specialty environment.
  • Availability to meet minimum scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to actively engage for extended periods, move/handle/lift merchandise, and perform all functions as set forth above.
