In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Accounting Director and play a vital role in the advancement of our financial department.
Your key responsibilities will include effectively managing client invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring prompt collection of overdue payments.
We are in search of a candidate who possesses remarkable attention to detail, a strong grasp of collection strategies, and the capability to work harmoniously with internal teams.

Responsibilities:
- Process and validate invoices.
- Ensure accurate coding and authorization of invoices in line with company guidelines.
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain precise and current accounts payable documentation and records.
- Address vendor inquiries and foster positive vendor relationships.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate accounts payable.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online Software is preferred.
- Proven track record of sound and thoughtful decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to adhere to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Types:
Part-time, fully remote
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week (flexible start and finish times)
