Job Overview

Help At Home is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Office Support to join our team in Englewood. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

As an Office Support, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including answering calls, conducting toxicology screenings, and assisting with in-home visits. You will also be responsible for monitoring In-Service Training completion for caregivers and uploading certificates to the Training Tracking Portal.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones promptly and direct calls appropriately
  • Conduct toxicology screenings and in-home visits
  • Monitor In-Service Training completion and upload certificates to the Training Tracking Portal
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing supply orders and maintaining patient and employee files
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and access to insured and reliable transportation
  • Experience working in an administrative or clerical role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
