Position Responsibilities

As an ambassador for our community, your role will include:

  • Conducting property tours for the Homeowners' Association (HOA) and providing essential support to the HOA office through observation and reporting.
  • Completing necessary training and certifications within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Reviewing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Performing visual inspections of properties to identify any damages.
  • Monitoring community gates and enforcing speed limits.
  • Conducting follow-up inspections for any reported violations.
  • Assisting with contractor pass audits and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Prior experience in HOA enforcement or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Positive interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license and the capability to operate company vehicles.
  • The physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lbs.
