Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for outstanding Static Security Professionals to join our ranks. Casual positions are available at various client locations in Port Augusta, South Australia. The role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

There is also potential for future opportunities at additional sites in Port Augusta, which may include after-hours and weekend shifts. Therefore, 24/7 availability is preferred, though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of designated areas within client premises to deter trespassing, vandalism, and unauthorized activities.
  • Engage effectively with onsite clients, visitors, and the public.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Monitor and promptly report any suspicious behavior, unauthorized individuals, or incidents of property damage.
  • Observe and document security incidents as they occur.
  • Complete all necessary reports and registers accurately.
  • Perform all duties in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with fellow team members.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, identifying and reporting hazards and risks proactively.
  • Follow AG Security Group's policies, procedures, and safety requirements diligently.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Current Security Licence.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Valid Driver's Licence with reliable transportation.
  • Current Working with Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Successful candidates will need to provide a fresh National Police Clearance.
  • High standards of professional presentation and grooming.
  • Positive team player with a professional demeanor.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality, customer-focused security services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
