Job Summary:

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our radiology team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and producing accurate diagnostic images.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes
  • Provide patient care to all age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Radiological Technologist
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R)
  • Advanced certification by ARRT in CT preferred
  • BLS certification required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six months of experience as a CT Technologist
