Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Program Management: Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to federal and state healthcare regulations, laws, and guidelines.
  • Policy Development and Maintenance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and update policies and procedures related to compliance, risk management, and quality improvement.
  • Training and Education: Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Investigations and Reporting: Conduct investigations and prepare reports on compliance-related issues, including allegations of misconduct or non-compliance.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Compliance, Risk Management, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration on compliance-related matters.

Requirements
