Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

At EasyCare (APCO), we're committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. As an Automotive Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify areas of repair
  • Collaborate with our shop foreman and service advisor to discuss repairs and communicate additional service requests
  • Plan work procedures in cooperation with our shop foreman and provide labor time estimates to our service advisor
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Complete accurate documentation for client repairs and assist in mentoring technician trainees
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
  • Manufacturer certification preferred
  • Experience with various brands preferred
